Seagrape Villa— Chic 3-Bedroom Townhome With Private Pool Steps From Orient Bay Beach

We just got back from a week at the Seagrape Villa and could not recommend it enough. From the pre-trip communications to the concierge services, to the BEAUTIFUL villa - it was an exceptional stay. The backyard is so relaxing and beautiful and private. A real oasis to enjoy morning coffees and evening cocktails. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable! And the kitchen! This villa was by far the best we have stayed in when it comes to being stocked with kitchen utensils and gadgets. As foodies, we cooked many times and found everything we needed (and more) to make meals, plus plenty of dishes and even Tupperware for our leftovers. Location wise we were only 2-3 minutes walk from Orient and restaurants and groceries. All in all, exceptional, friendly service. We had a blast and would recommend!

Beautiful clean villa close to the beach and restaurants. Nice outside area and furnishings. Perhaps could use some more seating inside.

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at the Seagrape Villa. Everything was immaculate. The location is perfection -only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and Orient Village. We would highly recommend Seagrape!! We look forward to returning next year.

My husband and I were both very happy with the property and the privacy at this home. Everything was updated and beautifully decorated. The property management was always accessible and able to answer any of our questions. They were VERY easy to work with!!! The pool was amazing as well and everything was nice and clean. Unfortunately for us, we were there during the rainy season so the outdoors was on the buggy side. Can’t blame the house or management for that. We still enjoyed the pool, just kept our swims short. The house layout was quirky in the respect that the 2 bedrooms on the second floor had sink and shower in each room but the toilet was in a separate room in the hallway. It didn’t bother us and a few kids wouldn’t care but could be awkward if sharing with other adults. There is an en suite on the 3rd floor but we stayed on the second floor. The house is close enough for an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and it was so nicely appointed with everything you could need, including a nice cooler for the beach! If we needed something we just had to look and it was as if they had read our minds! We would certainly stay here again!!!
