Fantastic villa. Fresh, modern and very clean. Anna provides excellent daily service. The pool, grounds, common areas and rooms are exceptional. Great views.

There was 14 adults/7 couples and we had plenty of room and privacy. The pool, outside gathering area and the view were the best. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. We recommend having a car to get around as you must drive everywhere. The staff was great and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

He had 16 of us, it ranged from as young as five and as old as 75. This was a great stay. Anna, who upkeeps the home is absolutely amazing, she was very helpful. Also, the concierge that they have with the house was very helpful and receptive with questions that I may have. The only thing I gave a lower star for was that it said that there was a beach you could walk to within 2 minutes, but that wasn't totally accurate. The close Beach plum Bay which does have rougher Waters was about a 20-minute walk

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views. The property itself was immaculate—beautifully designed, well-equipped, and located on the secluded French side which was great for both relaxation and exploration.The outdoor spaces were a highlight, offering stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. The amenities exceeded our expectations, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The hosts were attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Ana our housekeeper was amazing and a definite plus to the experience. We would definitely recommend a car rental to get around to the different areas on the island. St. Martin is a fantastic destination, and staying at Villa Solis made it even more special. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

This property was exactly if not better than the pictures. From the moment we entered the home to the moment we left. It was just a stunning view and incredible stay. Our concierge was there to meet us and gave us a tour of the house. The three bedrooms downstairs were perfect for our adult children. They had their own entrance and privacy. Our daily housekeeper was a gem. She was so helpful and spoiled us. It really was just a perfect week. We would stay here again 100 times over. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside. I just can't say enough about this property. If you have the opportunity to visit this beautiful island then this is the house!
